01 The Film

What happens when people begin searching for a different way to live?

Divine Vortexes explores the emergence of Conscious Culture — a growing network of communities, gatherings and transformational spaces where ritual, creativity, healing practices and new forms of human connection are finding renewed relevance in contemporary life.

Rather than promoting a particular philosophy or searching for one answer, the film documents this cultural phenomenon as it unfolds.

The central question

Are we witnessing the emergence of a new culture?

Could these emerging cultures become a bridge between ancient wisdom and our contemporary world?

Director's View

“I did not discover these worlds from behind a camera. I entered them first as a participant.”

I began by meditating, searching for answers and exploring personal transformation - from shamans and traditional practices to movement, dance, cacao rituals and modern self-development.

Over time, I travelled through transformational communities across different parts of the world. I did not simply observe them. I participated, listened, questioned - and eventually began to film.

What began as a personal exploration revealed something larger: people from very different backgrounds gathering around the same fundamental questions.

How do we reconnect?
What gives life meaning?
And what kind of culture do we want to create next?

The film also explores the places themselves. Why do certain landscapes attract artists, healers, communities and seekers? What is it about these “vortexes” - their nature, history, isolation or perceived energy - that makes them fertile ground for transformation and new cultural ideas?

Divine Vortexes is my attempt to witness this movement honestly - with curiosity rather than judgement, through cinematic storytelling from within.

05 The context

Why Now

We live in an age of extraordinary technological connection - and profound human disconnection.

At the same time, another cultural current is emerging.

Across the world, people are gathering around questions of meaning, community, wellbeing, nature and consciousness — experimenting with new ways of living, relating and belonging.

Divine Vortexes does not present these worlds as utopia.

It asks what we can learn from them.

06 Distinctive approach
